Webhave used this proxmox server for over a year. have had 8 containers running apache web services for that period of time -- well, at least 6 for that time. they have always started until recently. All of them continue to fail with "timeout" as the cause. If I reboot individual containers or I start them with sudo service apache2 start they start. Using --live-restore allows you to keep your containers running during a Docker upgrade, though networking and user input are interrupted. Use a restart policy.
