WebI'd say it's enough. Defender has gotten way better than it used to after they got updated to 4.18 (AV-score gave it a perfect score). You have to configure stuff though, like Firewall, Task Scheduler, etc. to get it to its full potential. It's free and lightweight so it's all good. WebDefender on default settings does a good job. If you enable everything that comes off by default (like the PUPs module) it gets even better (kinda annoying actually, but good). That's why you see AV solutions offering a wild range of extra gimmicks that doesn't really add anything valuable or needed, like "wifi protection" and other similar crap.
