WebJun 22, 2013 · My 22 month old son walks on his tip toes a lot and I'm worried its not normal. He also clenches his fists and stretches his arms out when excited. I was reading it can be caused by neurological issues so am now worried. He is also obsessed by hoovers and clocks. Is this normal?
