WebSmart charging started which is fine as I do leave it plugged in a lot. But today and this weekend I have a convention to go to and need it fully charged. The Surface app shows it is smart charging but it has no Smart Charging section (as in the OP screenshot) nor option to pause it. I did uninstall and reinstall the Surface app.

The message in the OS is wrong and it looks like they are using the same text whether the current capacity is well-below or well-above 80%.
